PETstock, an Australian pet company, has implemented Blue Yonder’s SaaS-based category management solution in its stores, improving efficiency and proper space allocation.

The solution, part of Blue Yonder’s Luminate Commerce, will enable PETstock to optimize store layouts, increase space productivity and reduce stock-outs.

Specifically, with the Blue Yonder solution in place, implemented by Strikeforce, a Blue Yonder partner, PETstock can now create data-driven analytical store layouts to optimize category space allocations to meet demands. consumers.

The solution, which PETstock says was implemented in record time and on budget, will help increase efficiency by creating accurate store layouts that are easy to implement and integrated into micro planning. -spaces to create a seamless process.

The SaaS will also create planograms with capacities and facades optimized according to local demand and store space constraints.

Additionally, it will reduce inventory by adapting assortment spacings to eliminate slow-moving inventory and introduce new SKUs to drive sales.
