The Broadway Barks pet adoption event will be back in July
The annual adoptathon will be hosted by Tony winners Bernadette Peters and Sutton Foster.
Broadway Barks, the annual cat and dog adoption event, will return on July 9 for its 24th annual adoptathon, marking a return to Shubert Alley after three digital orders due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Co-founded by Bernadette Peters and the late Mary Tyler Moore, the event brings together Broadway luminaries with the ASPCA, leveraging their star power to find loving homes for animals in need at 25 participating shelters across the New York area.
Peters will host the event alongside two-time Tony winner Sutton Foster, a longtime Broadway Barks supporter.

The adoption event begins at 3:00 p.m. and celebrity introductions will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
