MARSHALL, Texas (KSLA) – Caring East Texas residents continue to rally around Marshall’s new animal adoption center.
To raise funds for equipment, furnishings and props inside the must-have facility, animal lovers have the opportunity to submit a photo of their best four-legged friends in exchange for a donation.
